1 : 1 Coaching

Our 1 : 1 Technique Coaching is a 60 minute session focussed on helping you improve your technique for movements such as Squat, Bench and Deadlift. This session can be used to overcome any struggles you are having with your training to enable you lift more effectively.

If you’re looking to ramp up your knowledge quickly – this is for you.

1 : 1 Coaching fees

1 : 1 Coaching is $110 per hour and is charged per session

(Upfront options available for block bookings).
Session availability is usually 9am or 4pm most days, subject to current bookings.
