Group Strength

Group Strength is the core of JNPT.
It is all about building a strong, healthy body for long term health, no matter your current fitness level. Sessions are intimate, with a maximum of 6 people in the gym and are focussed on you as an individual, unlike typical ‘group fitness’ classes. You will receive a personalised program based on your current goals, abilities and any injuries you may have. Your coach will work very closely with you to achieve the best results. 

At JNPT, everyone is coached on an individual level. Meaning, we work through your training together and ongoing adjustments are made to your program to meet your specific needs, as you would in a 1:1 personal training format. Group Strength is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to lift weights safely and correctly, build a strong healthy body, and do it in a safe, friendly and community environment. Most people start Group Strength to develop great training habits and often stay to become long term members.

$85 per week for 2 Group Strength sessions for 12 week block*
