
Online Coaching
Online Coaching is a fully online, train from anywhere coaching service, where you train on your own terms. This is for people that live interstate or overseas and want to be coached by JNPT. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or you’re not seeing the results from your own self guided training, this is a great way to see some incredible results.
Online Coaching is solely ran through our very own, easy to use JNPT Training App with all built in exercise tutorials and easy to track workouts. Each program is written for you and only you, based on your goals, current abilities and exercise history. With 1:1 support, we make sure you’re not only seeing results in strength and fitness, but also educating you on how to move in the best way possible.
Our Online Coaching includes:
4 Weekly Training Blocks - based on days you want to train and current level
Weekly video check-in & exercise review - to ensure you’re lifting with the best technique possible
End of program reviews - at the end of each 4 week block
24/7 access to us - with any questions you may have throughout each week
How much is it?
Online Coaching is $55 per week (Upfront options available)
What is the commitment?
A minimum of 8 Week Commitment is required.
When is it?
You can start this at anytime (subject to availability)
